2. Treat

Hands-on work matched to you: deep tissue, trigger point therapy and stretching. If dry needling would help, I'll explain why and only use it with your OK. Pressure is always adjusted to what you're comfortable with.

3. Aftercare

You'll leave with simple stretches or movement tips you can actually fit into your week, and a straight answer on when to book again. Sessions are 60 or 90 minutes, and I bring the table, towels and everything else.
